There is a one-off charge to have the digitisation process done - this is where the picture, logo, etc is turned into a stitch pattern to be embroidered. This charge is only $20 per design.

Some notes on designing your patch:

• When selecting size, you should select the largest dimension on your patch. 
• 100% embroidery vs partially embroidered
